What does this look like?
- First, you’ll fill out a series of questionnaires and intake forms prior to our meeting. This will give me plenty of information about you, your life, your diet, what may be bothering you, and why this might be happening.
- Next, we will talk over a phone or video call where we dive into more detail about your situation. and what it is you’d like to improve on, fix, or treat.
- After our call, I will compose a personalized recommendation sheet that consists of relevant dietary, supplemental, and lifestyle changes along with exercises that I believe will help you. This will be fairly extensive and will usually be something that may take some time to fully implement, however this depends entirely on the individual and his/her situation.
- We will remain in contact as I help you implement changes and answer any questions that you may have during the process. We are free to do further voice/video calls during that time.
- Most people are on track to their goals within a month, but if we need to go longer we can extend this service as long as you need.
