What does this include?
- A series of questionnaires and intake forms so I can gather information about you, your life, what may be bothering you, and why this might be happening.
- A ~60 minute phone or video call where we talk about your situation and what it is you’d like to improve on, fix, or treat.
- After our call I will compose a personalized recommendation sheet that consists of relevant dietary, supplemental, and lifestyle changes along with exercises that I believe will help you. This will be fairly extensive and will usually be something that may take some time to fully implement, however this depends entirely on the individual.
- Some people only need one meeting but we will stay in touch and you are free to update me or ask questions as you go about implementing the recommendations.
- If need be, we can do a follow up meeting 4-8 weeks afterward, adjusting our approach based on your response.
